The coaching helped with:
Thank you so much for an interesting, always joyful and impactful coaching journey. At the end of our 12 sessions, I feel completely different. I’ve rediscovered myself and my perspective has become one of deep gratitude for my whole life. You held a deeply respectful yet playful space for me to safely explore my world and be curious about life challenges.
Working with you has transformed the way I understand the relationship between my time, tasks, and emotions. You have helped me to implement long-term strategies for coping with my procrastination. I feel more confident in setting realistic short and long term goals, planning to meet those goals, and (most importantly) saying no to requests which derail me.
You helped me define goals, and then we worked together to examine and achieve these goals. I am convinced that you do is absolute magic. You were able to ask gentle yet revelatory questions, and our conversations always helped me realize what I want to change in my life. As an autistic person, I've always found the prospect of coaching difficult, given that it seemed to be based on vague platitudes that I didn't understand. You supplemented the traditional aspects of coaching with both evidence-based research and lived experience. Working with you helped me build my self-efficacy and self-advocacy skills, improved my self-confidence, and gave me tools and frameworks to help myself in the future. It's fair to say that I am living a much better, fuller, and more authentic life with much less stress thanks to the skills that I learned in coaching with you.
The coaching with you has been really helpful. It's been useful to have space for clarity of thinking. You've brought me back to topics when needed but without feeling like my 'rambling' wasn't valid. I've taken something from every session we've had. I can now channel aspects of my ADHD in a different way but the main thing was that you gave me space to make connections and links for myself. You skilfully facilitated a courageous shift in me and gave me some permission to be who I authentically am.
